Being part of Prix Fixe felt like getting the secret password to the cool table. Oset has an unmatched eye for brands that are doing something different and doing it well. We loved being featured alongside such a sharp and exciting mix of established and new brands. The exposure to tastemakers, buyers, and press was the kind of visibility that’s hard to come by as an early stage brand. The event itself was beautifully executed and full of meaningful connections that didn’t feel transactional. We walked away with greater brand awareness and most importantly, introductions to the right people.

What's cooler than being cool? Prix Fixe. What makes Prix Fixe great is that there is so little to do as a brand taking part. You know you're going to be part of an exclusive line up of brands hand selected by Oset, who has amazing taste. The introductions made and relationships formed with attendees is authentic not transactional, which is incredibly important to us as we look to build a timeless brand vs chase short-term sales. I can't think of a better way for early stage brands to gain immediate street cred and build early relationships with incredibly influential people.

Prix Fixe has managed to capture and unlock what brands find valuable for a Press Day-esque experience which, in a word, is thoughtfulness. In the New York environment which is fast-paced and forward-looking, Oset manages to pause and consider the direction and capture of engaging imagery, and make thoughtful individual introductions between brand and end user for collaboration. French Bloom found value in participating in the first Prix Fixe event hosted in New York and we intend to support more in the future.

As a small brand, this was a great way to get introduced to the right people, meaning the food- and design-loving people who truly would get (and love!) what we are doing at Stuzzi Hot Sauce.
